Mackenzie, MO is a small town in northern St. Louis County, in the southern part of the state. Mackenzie is an incorporated city in St. Charles County, Missouri. The population is roughly 134 in the 2020 census. The city has seen its population grow steadily over the years and is now at approximately 515 people.
